Essential, $149: for straightforward small business sites. Business, $299: for sites needing a broader content and customer journey review. We confirm the pages and checks before starting. Larger or complex sites need a custom quote.

Repairs are quoted separately. If you approve a qualifying website improvement project of $500 or more within 60 days of receiving your audit, half the audit fee becomes a credit: $74.50 or $149.50.

The credit applies once to the relevant improvement invoice, not hosting, subscriptions or maintenance. It isn’t a cash refund, can’t be combined with promotions, and unused credit doesn’t carry forward.

Essential, $79/month: routine maintenance and health checks. Content changes are separate. Initial email response target: 2 business days.

Business, $149/month: Essential features plus minor edits, checks of key links and contact forms, and basic performance monitoring. Initial email response target: 1 business day.

For eligible WordPress sites. Hosting stays separate. The $99 assessment checks the site before care begins; existing problems and complex onboarding are quoted separately. Included editing time doesn’t roll over. Response targets aren’t repair deadlines, and monitoring doesn’t include staffed 24/7 emergency response.
