RIDGE Digital Solutions is an independently operated business in Northwest Alabama. This policy describes the information used by this website and its contact form.

Information you choose to share

The live contact form asks for your name, email address, service interest, and a description of what you need. A business name is optional. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive customer details.

In the local review preview, the form validates your entries in your browser. It does not send or save them.

How inquiries are used

When the live form is enabled, RIDGE uses your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages. RIDGE does not sell inquiry information.

Inquiries are also emailed to the business operator for follow-up using Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail. Email copies contain the information submitted in the form and are covered by the same access and retention practices below. No automated response is sent to the person submitting the form.

Hosting and spam prevention

The live website is designed to use Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Cloudflare D1 for private inquiry storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. These services may process technical information, including IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Turnstile may use browser storage or cookies for security. The local preview does not load Turnstile.

Access and retention

Inquiry records and email copies are intended for the business operator and service providers needed to host and protect the site. RIDGE will review unanswered or inactive inquiries and delete them within 90 days when they are no longer needed. Records relating to an active client relationship may be kept as needed for that relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the contact form to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. Include the email address used for your original inquiry. RIDGE may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it.

This page will be updated when the website’s data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
