WEBSITE CARE & MAINTENANCE
A website needs attention
after launch, too.
Keep an eligible WordPress website maintained with routine updates, supported backups and clear expectations about what is covered.
First, check what we’re taking care of.
Care starts with a paid onboarding assessment. We inspect the site’s condition, update access and backup arrangements before accepting maintenance responsibility.
Pre-existing problems, complex onboarding and repairs are quoted separately. You keep and pay for your existing hosting unless we agree on a different arrangement.
Compare care prices and onboardingClear coverage makes care manageable.
| Routine care | Separate assessment or scope |
|---|---|
| Applicable WordPress, theme and plugin updates | Malware cleanup or hacked-site recovery |
| Monitoring and supported backups | Guaranteed uptime or staffed emergency response |
| Defined minor edits with Business Care | New pages, redesigns or custom development |
| Monthly maintenance summary | Ongoing SEO campaigns or profile management |
Support with realistic expectations.
Support is email-first. Initial response targets differ by plan; they are not guaranteed repair deadlines. Monitoring does not mean someone is available around the clock.
Does unused editing time roll over?
No. Included minor-update time expires at the end of the service month. Larger changes are discussed and approved separately.
Do you maintain every type of website?
The standard care plans are for eligible WordPress sites. Other technologies and complex sites need a separate evaluation and offer.
What if an update causes a problem?
The agreed care procedure needs a safe backup and recovery path. We check changes and use the agreed recovery process if a covered update fails. Exact responsibilities are established before maintenance begins.
