REDESIGNS & IMPROVEMENTS

Keep what works.
Fix what gets in the way.

A website does not always need to be replaced. Focused changes can make your services clearer and help customers reach you more easily.

CLARITY

“What do you actually offer?”

Organize service information, clarify headings and give common customer questions a useful answer.

USABILITY

“Why is this hard on my phone?”

Address difficult navigation, small controls, hard-to-read text and awkward layouts on the agreed pages.

CONTACT

“How do I get in touch?”

Make contact options easy to find and check the steps between a visitor’s interest and a completed inquiry.

A defined change list.
A clear way to check it.

We inspect the existing site and agree on named pages, changes and checks. Before changing an existing system, we establish appropriate access, backups and a safe way to review the work.

A full redesign, migration or complex repair is scoped separately. No open-ended fixes are silently included.

Need a diagnosis before deciding?

See the thinking behind a redesign.

Ridge’s own website is an internal example of replacing a single-page overview with clearer service paths. It demonstrates design decisions; it does not establish a lift in customer inquiries.

Can you improve my current platform?

We first check the platform, access and condition of the site. Work needs a safe review and recovery path. We’ll explain any limitations before quoting.

Are fixes included in a paid audit?

No. An audit identifies and prioritizes issues. Implementation is a separately scoped project, with its own price and approval.
